PT Indonesia Defence Services (IDS) is a DGCA-approved Part 145 Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) for aircraft, aircraft avionic system, up to aircraft upgrading. IDS also covers 3 essentials defense industries in Maritime, Land and Aviation. A holding company which also has subsidiaries in health laboratories, civil construction and retail. My responsibilities as Deputy Head of IT is to ensure IT-readiness within the company for smooth-running the business. Upscale the IT Department control over the IT Operations by implementing IT Service Management, IT Enterprise Asset Management, ERP-Systems and various Application, developed with centralized approach. Responsible for overall performances of IT Department by implementing standards and policies in accordance to the business needs.

My responsibilities is to ensure streamlining the business by improving, maintaining and providing IT-readiness to smooth-running the business in all aspect. My day-to-day job involve managing the IT Application Development, IT Operations and IT Support team. Upscaling the IT by implementing IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Also involve as overseer to help other Project Manager in IT-related project.

PT Bina Informasi Optima Solusindo (BIOS-IT) is an IT Software and Consulting Services Company. Established in Surabaya in 2013, BIOS-IT excels in custom-made software development and multimedia services. Responsible for operation activities within Jakarta Area, including generating sales lead, marketing activities, project planning and execution, after sales support activities, A/R collecting and product management. Develop standards and maintain good relationships with the Stakeholders from multiple client within Jabodetabek area.

Responsible on giving an Analysis of Financial Statement, Accounting Standards as well as Annual Reports to Shareholders and Stakeholders respectively.In charge for the HRGA Department on the company under Finance Department, which consist of HR Operations, HR Development, and Talent Recruitment. Also in charge of documenting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the whole company.

Responsible for Project progress (development) and Product Research

Supervisor level, responsible for coordinating task between all Software Engineer in software development area for project handled by the company.

Responsible of software development tasks, mainly using PHP, HTML, JS, CSS and MySQL as RDBMS. With Enterprise Resource Planning as Area Of Expertise

As Business Analyst, gathering user requirement to develop system that meets best-fit-practice within whole subsidiaries of PELINDO III. Focuses on Human Capital Modules, while integrating it to Finance & Accounting Module.
